Default How much time for the Exercise ??? - 12-18-2012, 09:11 AM

Hey!!In my view the best time frame for exercise is 30-45 mint workout
because if you can do more exercise then it will be pressure for system
it cant be beneficial for your health.

Yes, daily 30-45 minutes exercise is enough to keep the body fit and healthy!!

Daily exercise is important.
My exercise plan is like :

1. 30 min walking at morning And After dinner.
2. 30 min of exercise at home.
3. 30-60 Exercise like outdoor games,running,swimming ,etc.

This help to keep myself energetic and fit.

Exercise is very important in our life and they keep our body very healthy. Regular exercise give more benefits and it is very helpful to lose weight. I daily spend one hour time to do exercise.

Anybody who tells you that you need to spend longer than an hour in the gym is wrong. Of course, if you're combining weights and cardio, then obviously you would take a little longer. Generally though, if you're doing both an hr or hr and a half is plenty. Anything longer will just impede your results.

Yes 30-45 minute window is most appropriate for regular workout as doing more will become tiring and any exercise if not executed in a proper manner might affect the muscles of that particular part of the body.

i think 30-40 mins after evening is well enough for gym. even walking in the park is also good.

I think 1 hour exercise is much enough for all human being to keep living fit and healthy.

Agree I am doing daily 1 hr exercise and i really feel healthy by this exercise..
