Doing neck exercises is very important not only when you are in pain, but also to keep your neck muscles strong and prevent any injuries. Here are some very simple exercises,
- Bring Your Chin to Your Chest Slowly and Hold for 10-15 seconds
- Bring your right ear to your right shoulder; Hold for 10-15 seconds. Then repeat the same for left.
- Turn Your Head Right and Left; Hold for 10-15 seconds.
