Hello guys,
My tummy is too fatty and i want to get it reduce.can anyone here suggest me some procedures that help to reduce tummy.Please help me out here.Thanks.

Here some best tips to reduce tummy fat. They are includes are below.

1) You can do crunches all day long, but you will never see that six-pack if it is buried under layers of fat.
2) Always skip the sweets
3) Boost vitamin c
4) Increase intake of healthy fats
5) Sleep properly

1) True. There is no such thing as losing fat in one place only.
2) Skip the sweets? Not necessary. depends on what each person's metabolism and lifestyle.
3) Boost Vitamin C? For what?

To lose belly fat, you have to lose fat from all over your body. You just have to keep a diet and do a lot of cardio and your body will decide where from fat will be burned. You may need to lose a lot of kilos until you will have lost your belly fat. After that only, you can start a weight gain and muscle growth diet.

The most important factor in helping one lose tummy fat is regular cardiovascular exercise. This does not mean taking casual walks.
