There are lots of different foods that can make you gassy. Apples and apple juice, any oh er fibrous foods, soda, etc. If you don't want it to go out the back, learn to burp it out.

I just learned that if you drink milk it does hurt you this way so just watch what you eat and write everything that you eat down then this will help you figure whats causing it
