The fats absorbed by the body do not burn off but get stored in the body. Such accumulation of body fats may lead to obesity that can then set off many other health issues like breathing difficulties, arthritis and heart disease.

Due to fat effect you can't survive in your general life perfectly like as "Matthewebbert" saying breathing difficulties and other you every time feel tired and lazy and you can't efficiently concentrate on your work.. So try to burn fat with the natural method and make yourself fit according to your general lifestyle..

First question is, how do you plan to lose fat rapidly? Depending on your plan, it may or may not affect your overall health. Going into starvation mode for weight loss is not OK at all.
