Exercise/Fitness keeps our body healthy. We can do heavy, light and Yoga as exercise to make our body and mind fresh. One can generally do in the morning time.

Daily exercise makes you fit for the whole day and it is helpful in living healthy life, daily exercise is necessary for all the human beings. Yoga is best for living a life which is healthy free.
