Hello

I am working with multinational company so i have don't have time for Gym and other health programs

really i want to maintain my health can anyone suggest me what i need to do ??

I think it could be best for you if you visit the nearest gym in your place then talk the fitness instructor...

Hello Linda,

The best action you can take is to make the changes that you do have the time for, and i would start with your diet - try to choose meals with plenty of green vegetables, cereals, grains and nuts. Snacking on plenty of fruit is also a good move. To stay healty also make sure that you drink plenty of water. For a 60 kg person this is about 2 litres a day, and its best to sip it throughout the day than taking a few big drinks. Staying properly hydrated will really help your body a lot.

Even if its for 10 minutes, a jog every day will make a huge difference if you can sneak it into your schedule. Maybe in a lunchbreak you could find a way to do some exercise? Dont underestimate the positive effect that even just a little exercise each day will have for you to stay healthy, it will make a difference.

But at least you need to take half an hr for walk.. it will make you more healthy and fit.
