To remain fit you should have to do exercise on daily basis. But modern life doesn't provide too much time too exercise. Then you can remain fit by eating healthy food. Take vitamins and protiens as per your needs. You can use stairs rather than using the lifts. Walk 2 or 3 km per day while going to office. That is how you can create time for yourself to exercise and stay fit.
