The best part of making body fit is to exercise early in the morning. First of all its better to do jugging and then with simple exercise. Also its better to be fit with Yoga.

To remain fit you should have to do exercise on daily basis. But modern life doesn't provide too much time too exercise. Then you can remain fit by eating healthy food. Take vitamins and protiens as per your needs. You can use stairs rather than using the lifts. Walk 2 or 3 km per day while going to office. That is how you can create time for yourself to exercise and stay fit.

yes exercise is more helpful for human body to make it fit .But I am discuss some easy tips for make the body fit .
1)Start an exercise
2)Lift heavy weights
3)Run and jump
4)Eat more whole foods
5)take deep breathe
