To make you fit yourself there are some online tools such as diet planner; there are lots of diet planners online there you can select your daily calorie requirements. Also exercise tracking and perfect workout programs can make your body fit.
There are lots of meal planners and grocery list builders online. They allows you to select your daily calorie requirements, the number of meals you want to eat, and even various diets that you may choose to follow.
Exercise tracking is something gratifying about being able to actually see our good habits form and grow stronger. This tool can be extremely helpful for those of us who like to check off our to-do items and see all that we've accomplished over time.
There are a number of online tools that can help you build workout programs for home or the gym. Most online tools like this create pretty basic workout plans but they can be a great starting place for someone who is just getting started with resistance training.

Top three fitness tools:
1. Stick with push ups for overall fitness
2. Go barefoot, or just skip expensive running shoes
3. Stay working out in winter.

Well, some people don't track their exercise for as long as they have the result of losing weight.
