Exercise is classified as any bodily activity done to enhance or maintain fitness and body. Excercise help to improve human mental, physical and also can help prevent depression. Fitness is when a human's body is operating at complete efficiency.

Exercise helps you to prevent heart disease and type 2 diabetes. It also helps to manage weight and to reduce stress.

Exercise is must for healthy life. It makes blood circulation faster and purifies the blood. With regular exercise the body becomes stable against force and it helps to do heavy works easily.

Doing regular exercise is makes you fresh for the whole day, also this enable the human more power for struggling with disease, Any virus cannot effect you easily. It also help in lowering the attacks of heart attacks and diabetes.

-> Weight bearing exercise is better for the body when trying to lose weight as the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn.
-> Whatever exercise you enjoy the most is what you should stick to because at the end of the day, as long as you are burning calories that is all that counts.

I have never heard my doctor say to exercise LESS. Yes I agree totally that if you can spare the time and can discipline yourself to exercise regularly, it can only help your health.

Keeping active, healthy, and happy all go hand in hand. Laughter helps too, in m opinion...
