Hello all Im pretty tall about 5'6 or 5'7 & thin. I adore my shape i have now yet i wanna put pants on & have a goods. Which i don't have whatsoever at this moment. Its so level lol. Any counsel on what to consume & practices to do to get a greater goods & greater thighs?

Squats are one of the best exercises you can do for your hips, buttand thighs. Eat good , healthy and clean diet for improving size of these parts. Turkey, lean meats and peanut butter are good foods for you.

You need to control your diet and try to do specific exercises for those body parts regularly. Make a diet chat for yourself and maintain it strictly.
