There is no evidence on it (at least not much w/o conflicting situations that says so.) But common sense says it does, beauty books say it does and some of the most beautifull womwn I see have a healthy diet full of leafy greens and antioxidants? Does anyone else think so? and what is your proof?Thankyou!lol at LSD Batmans avatar name.

I have no personal proof, but I'm sure it does - alot based on the fact that fresh fruit&veggies help prevent some cancers, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.

I'm in my 40's and I can still do over 30 pullups (palms forward).I also know another gentleman who I watched do squats with 485 lbs at age 67. We both eat properly. That is enough proof for me.

A friend of my husband got lazy when his mom was away for a month and ate nothing but burgers. He wound up in the hospital.

Fruits and vegetables are very good anti-oxidants and fully loaded with vitamins and minerals. For anti anti-aging purpose many people are following juice cleanse because juice cleanse helps in removing harmful toxins from the body, enhance the stamina and metabolism. There is no need to proof this. Eat healthy stay healthy.

Juice cleanse
