Eating the proper food and at proper time is very necessary for a healthy living, along with that regular exercise or any other physical activity must be kept in continuation for burning nutrients that sometimes become extra in the body.

It's basic common sense and you really don't need a proof to it. Eating healthy definitely is the key to staying healthy.

We all grow old but how we grow old is what matters most.

My grandfather lived 89 and he ate everything but two things he always maintained since his youth
1. he always ate and sleep timely.
2. he used to eat a very limited and small portion of everything.

He never had blood sugar, BP or any such food related issues and died very peacefully.

Dear Gentlemen,
As we age our metabolism slows dramatically. The most important thing is to cut your calories significantly. You don't have to change what you eat necessarily, but eat about half of what you typically ate in your 20's & 30's. Even a 15 to 20 pound weight difference will boost your energy and increase your overall well-being.
p.s. I didn't want to post this pic, but I wanted you to see how an old fart (middle age) man like me can even improve with weight loss.
