You can retrain your cravings. When you eat, don't have distractions. Take your time and notice your food. Then take a few moments after you eat to see how you feel. Do you feel satisfied? Alert? Energized? Clean? Or does your tongue have a residual bitter taste? Do you feel heavy and lethargic. Do this regularly as you eat good for you and bad for you foods and you'll start to retrain your cravings by associating healthy foods with feeling good and unhealthy foods with not feeling so good.
