New healthy lifestyle, what to eat? -

I want to start eating more healthy, and hopefully loose a little weight in the process.No fast food, soda, candy, or chocolate or obvious bad food.I know chicken, yogurt, water, fresh or frozen vegis are good for you, but what else?I need meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - can you help me out alittle?
