What are some tips for a healthy lifestyle? -

I use to hate the way I looked because I was kind of chubby , so I decided to start eating healthier and exercising, but that only lead to anorexia because it felt so good to see changes. However, I am a little underweight (5'5"and 112 pounds), so I am thinking about gaining a little weight because sometimes I feel too skinny. I want to continue eating healthy, but I also want to BE healthy. What can I do to be healthy now, but also be healthy for life? (I'm 15).Thanks for all your help, and please no rude answers. =]I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm trying to gain weight to be healthy.
