Make at least half your grains whole grains
Vary your veggies
Focus on fruit
Get your calcium-rich foods
Go lean with protein

It's a common thing if you are eating healthy and fresh and pure then it will be help you to maintain your good health..
Like vegetable and fruits is the natural substance and keep your health fine as well as you want.. Some exercise and good food are the key to healthy life..

1. Eat fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, dryfruits, pulses, whole grains, condiments, milk and products, soy and products, fish, meat, seafood, oysters, and poultry.
2. Eat zinc and iron rich foods that are good for your healthy hair
3. Avoid soft drinks and take fruit juiice instead of soft drinks
4. Avoid junk foods and too much fried fruits too

nice tips thanks for sharing actually am facing acne problem in winter season and i don't whats happen so please have you any idea ?
