There are different ways of losing weight but exercise is still being most widely used and adopted for losing weight and keeping a person fit.The different type of exercises for losing weight are as follows.
1.aerobic exercise
2.running
3.walking
4.jogging
5.sprinting
6.weight lifting

Every one wants to be healthy as well as wealthy. These are some tips for getting good health :

* Find out why you overeat
* Sleep well and practice regular exercise
* Drink much water
* You must do yoga
* You should enjoy your life

healthy life is wealthy life so here r my tips.
1.sleep well to 7 to 8 hours.
2.exercise smartly nd regularly
3.eating habits should be healthy it is very much imp.
4.try some other art of being heathy like yoga tai chi etc.

Eat moderate portions. If you keep portion sizes reasonable, it's easier to eat the foods you want and stay healthy. Snacks are a great way to refuel. Choose snacks from different food groups a glass of low fat milk and a few graham crackers.

* Keep a habit of daily breakfast.
* Make a habit of daily exercise and yoga.
