Default What diet supplement helps you lose weight the best? - 12-13-2008, 10:01 AM

I am trying to lose about 10 -15 pounds. I am exercising, eating more healthy with less calorie intake but I am not losing any weight. So what diet pills/supplements are the most effective in helping me losing weight. I don't want to take anything unhealthy but I just want some extra help losing a little extra weight.Thanks!

what you are doing is fine,no pills they also have side effects.

Apparently apple cider vinegar (diluted with plenty of water) helps you to lose weight as it speeds up the metabolism.ACV is probably better than diet pills which have a low success rate.

I agree with the fact that weight loss cannot be achieved simply by using weight loss pills. The right diet as well as regular exercise plays an important role in losing weight. Exercising at least 3 times a week will prove beneficial. I say this because I have done this and have succeeded in losing weight.

You can eat more healthy with less calorie intake, It is good supplement for you.
Eat something within the first hour of waking to start your metabolism and begin burning more calories all day long. This can be as simple as eating a banana or a few crackers.
Try to get 45-60minutes worth of exercise everyday.
Drink eight to ten cups of water a day.
It is best supplement.
Cellulean can be good supplement for you.

The best diet for losing weight is one that consists of all fruits and veggies. Make the shift gradually to this diet as the high fiber could mess up your stomach if you're not used to it.
