Meditation, by far the best way. Buy some incense stick with a nice fragrant. Buy some relaxing or soothing music(I'll recommend nature's sounds) or you can Download meditation musics from youtube. Make sure your room has a good air ventilation so that it does not sweat. Sit in a relaxing posture and start your meditation. My Guru once told me that if you have 100 reasons to be sad, you will also have 1000 reasons to be happy. So don't bother thinking about unfavourable situations or experiences in your past life. Think about happy moments. Imagine yourself purified and being born again. This will definitely help you to be mentally and physically young forever.
