Meditation is one of the perfect ways to stay calm in the old age. It is also necessary to think about good things always and live in such surroundings that are appreciable, best example being the area that is peaceful with a lot of greenery around.

Stress free environment, nostalgia, revisiting cheerful old memories and any thing that pleases your heart will keep your mind youthful.

Always be with small child's who will be happy all the time and will make you happy...happiness is the best way to be healthy....

Meditation, by far the best way. Buy some incense stick with a nice fragrant. Buy some relaxing or soothing music(I'll recommend nature's sounds) or you can Download meditation musics from youtube. Make sure your room has a good air ventilation so that it does not sweat. Sit in a relaxing posture and start your meditation. My Guru once told me that if you have 100 reasons to be sad, you will also have 1000 reasons to be happy. So don't bother thinking about unfavourable situations or experiences in your past life. Think about happy moments. Imagine yourself purified and being born again. This will definitely help you to be mentally and physically young forever.
