Hi,
If you really want to lose weight, here is best way.
Drink more water.
Do 15 or more push-ups and sit-ups every day.This will give you more arm strength and help tighten your stomach.
Join a gym.
Avoid Alcohol.
You can also try exercise.
Eat some fresh fruits and vegetables.
It will really helpful.

I found that running just twice a week for 7kms each run, for 5 months, and i had lost about 20kg. I also made some dietary changes and began eating much more vegetables, cereals and also increased my fruit consumption (avoiding the more acidic fruits as regular). If you just jog for a few kms each week, it will make a difference!

The trick is to have fun doing it, and to do it consistently.

For loose weight you should do good exercise regularly not necessary that do it more time but do it regularly and take fat less food, avoid junk foods, avoid oily food, take herbal tea, fruits and vegetables, avoid alcohol.

If you really want to lose fat you should know that this process starts outside of the gym. What I mean is you first take care of the nutrition side and then implement the exercises. Losing weight is simple math: You have to eat less calories than you consume. Tha is the basic rule of losing weight. There are no magic diets, books or pills to lose weight and get a six pack in 4 weeks. I recommend you a personal rule that I follow:

multiply your weight with X 12 if you want to lose weight = Total calories necessary per day to lose weight
multiply your weight with X 15 if you want to keep your weight = Total calories necessary per day to maintain weight
multiply your weight with X 17 if you want to gainweight = Total calories necessary per day to gain weight

After you determine the total number of calories you must divide the total number of calories using the rule of: 55/ 30/ 15. That means:

55% Proteins , 30% Carbs and 15% fat.

Example: I have 110 lb. If I want to lose weight the total calories per day is : 110 x 12 = 1320 calories.
This number you divide it like this: 1320 x 0.55 = 726 calories from proteins every day
1320 x 0.30 = 396 calories from carbs every day
1320 x 0.15 = 198 calories from carbs every day.

To find out how many grams of proteins, carbs and fatt you need:

1 g of proteins = 4 calories
1 g of carbs = 4 calories
1 g of fat = 9 calories.

So knowing this you can keep track of what you eat. Write everything you eat down. Make plans for your food every day and week to meet your targets.
Combine it with a lot of cardio. If you go to the gym forget about doing abs. Instead: running, static or normal bicycle, swimming. To be able to burn fat your body needs a lot of oxygen and you can only get your body a lot of oxygen only if you have a high heart rate.

Combine all this with L-Carnitin.

For loss weight there are many tips available. Two best tips are define as below.

1) Build each breakfast and snack meal around fruit.
2) Make veggies the main attraction in each lunch and dinner meal.

If you do the following, i will guarantee that you will loose weight:

Nutrition
Eat plenty of grains, vegetables and fruits. Cut out all processed foods. Cut right down on meat, and instead increase your intake of green leafy vegetables. Dont eat any kind of junk food (or only rarely / occasionally). And this is huge: drink enough water, how much is enough: for an 80kg male it is around 2.5 to 3 Litres a day. Drink that each day and eat that diet, and you are going to start loosing weight. Want to loose some more? then onto part B

Exercise
Whatever floats your boat. Some people love running (like me), others like jogging, walking, cycling, weightlifting, badminton, or goat herding. It doesnt matter. Just being active each day for at least an hour, when combined with a healthy diet will shed many kilos.

I went from very little exercise and eating plenty of fattening food at work, to running 14 km a week and made the nutrition changes above, and i had one primary goal - loose 5 kg. Did i succeed?

I lost 20 kg in 5 months. Instead of feeling like im 100, with sore back and pain in knees, i feel incredible - stronger and more energy at nearly 40 years of age than when i was a teenager or in my early 20s.

Its worth it.
