You can try juice fast or juice cleanse for weight loss. Definitely you will see the positive results.

Please do the thinks below and your weight will get reduce automatically: !.Always practise to go to sleep at 10 to 11 and wake up 5 to 5.30 am. Have a 20 min fast walk everymorning after wake up. After that do some work such as sweeping home/simple excersises. Walk as much you can after lunch during office hours. Just a 5 to 10 min walk will give you wonderful results. Always eat as much you have hungry. Dont overload just for taste. During evening just play some minimal games/or just go a 30 min walk. After lunch dont go immediately to bed. Have a five to ten mins walk. Always have 1 ltr of water before going to sleep(after walking ) and 1 litre of water after wake up(before going to walk) . This will regularise your digestion. Please dont do the followings: Dont have any non veg items or just have little amount.(Myself stopped eating non veg items completely) Dont drink even beer(infact many of you will say beer is healthy : my question is does it is sold in medical shop?) Dont drink coffee but drink tea. Dont overload your stomach always give enough space for good digestion. Have a happy and healthy life. Please note: These points will not reduce weight immediately but will reduce weight gradually and steadily without compromising your strength. So please be tolearable. Most important thig: Dont get angry that will weekens your heart and will made you unfit for walk.

If you are trying to lose weight or on diet, a balanced meal is a must. Being overweight, I rely on diligence (a prized catch I should say!), perseverance (another prized catch!) and research.
