Please do the thinks below and your weight will get reduce automatically: !.Always practise to go to sleep at 10 to 11 and wake up 5 to 5.30 am. Have a 20 min fast walk everymorning after wake up. Dont drink coffee but drink tea. Dont overload your stomach always give enough space for good digestion. Have a happy and healthy life. Please note: These points will not reduce weight immediately but will reduce weight gradually and steadily without compromising your strength. So please be tolearable.
