I have no idea how to use a metaphor or simile regarding this subject? My teacher wants me to use how the promiscuity is brought to the media and how it is portrayed to its viewers especially to teenagers. Parents can play a role, and high risks would be pregnancy and studs, HIV etc.

It's an essay, and I'm not being lazy and wanting someone to do my homework, i just need help on this particular part.

what can i use as a metaphor or a simile??

You could say it is like an addictive drug. It's fun and exciting in the beginning, but then you realize that you will have to live with it the rest of your life and you'll deeply regret ever doing it.
