None really. This type of brace is used with damage to the knee, pulled tendons, torn ligaments, cartilage, etc... and has been around for many of years.Best thing to help arthritis knee pain is to heat the knee area then wrap it and walk, everyday (if not twice) then end with icing it.Other knee exercises will help, but walking is the best.I have arthritis in both mine and I tore the left one up really bad in a ski accident. Walking was the best in both cases.
