Yes, these are good foods. I would cut out all iceberg lettuce and add things like kale (chopped super fine, for taste purposes), spinach and things that are dark green. Also, don't eat anything from a box, eat whole foods like oatmeal, oat groats, 9 grain cereal, add a banana, raisins, milk, no sugar. If your eating yogurt, don't eat the kind with added sugar. Try plain yogurt w/ 100% fruit juice added, like raspberry apple juice, it's yummy and you can't tell the difference. Even then, sounds like your eating well, just really cut down on anything that has added sugar or anything processed to be safe and exercise, if your not already, maybe adding a little to your workout or changing your workout to lose the last little bit.
