It is recommended by experts to visit the dentist's office regularly every 6 months but in my case, it's already 8 months since I have my dentist's appointment. The dentist's fee is getting higher these days. The last time I have my cleaning, it cost me $16. My wife has her filling where the dentist removed the decayed portion of the tooth and then "fill" the area on the tooth where the decayed material once lived for $10 per tooth.

Hello friends

Let us take good care of our teeth. We must take good care of our teeth as we take good care of the other parts of our body. Let us not wait until dental problems arise.
Our teeth are very important for chewing our food. We use our teeth every time we eat. How hard it would be to gulp chunks of food without masticating them. We’ll surely have indigestion, dyspepsia and constipation. Thus the importance of teeth in the proper digestion of our food.
When we do not take good care of our teeth, cavities and other dental problems may occur, which may give us discomfort and other health problems. We know how hard it is to have aching teeth and swollen gums. We cannot sleep because of the pain, and we cannot work when we have toothaches.

salt and baking soda both must be aluminium free he does offer an idea on mixing the two in a water solution. It's very important to eat raw fruit and vegetables. When we eat raw products the enamel of our teeth becomes thicker and the tooth is less influenced negatively by the acids. Also, to preserve out teeth in a "good shape" we should eat cottage cheese and diary products which contain calcium.

Here i am sharing some of my thoughts about care of our teeth.

- Brush three times a day (after each meal). Take the time to brush properly and remember: your upper teeth you brush it with a movement up to down.
- Do not force your teeth doing things you shouldn't do ( bitting pencils, ice, etc).
- Visit your dentist every 6 months for a general check up and a cleaning.
P.S. Excuse my english, is not my native language
- Brush them when you get up in the morning, when you go to bed at night.
- Brushing back and forth can cause tooth abrasion from the force. Make sure to floss at least once a day.

Teeth could be said as the most important one, as it is here that we chew our food and provide a start to the digestion process. The healthier the teeth the better will you health and the vice-versa too, if you don't proper care of you teeth it is bound that you will have some problems with the passing of time.

We can preserve our beautiful smiles by regularly taking care of our teeth and gums. These should be cleaned using the proper techniques at least twice a day. Choose a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss that bear the approval of your country's Dental Association. The following are tips on how to take good care of your teeth and gums.
First, get a good toothbrush. You can only properly clean your teeth by using the right toothbrush without causing unwanted effects to your teeth like abrasion. Tooth Abrasion is often caused by using the wrong types of toothbrush and improper brushing techniques. Soft end rounded bristles are considered the best type bristles. The toothbrush should fit your mouth and you should be able to reach all the way to your back teeth easily. If you are a parent, be sure that your child's toothbrush isn't too big or too hard for him or her.
