Eating right is a key step to preventing and controlling diabetes. Try eating more fruits and veggies in place of other fatty meals, like junk food, cookies, or high calorie meals. I think the perfect diet, contains iron, protein, minerals, carbohydrates, and certainly will begin the process of healthy living.
