Well if we dig into weight loss supplements market and research it we will find two basic types of supplements available - chemical weight loss supplements and herbal or natural weight loss supplements.

In my opinion natural weight loss methods such as juice cleanse or juice fast, herbal tea, exercises are good for our health and very effective in losing weight. There are so many weight loss supplements in the market now a days but it can harm our health.

If the metabolism is really strong, then what we eat, our body will digest it properly. But, if the metabolism rate is slow, then we should only eat healthy and organic food to loose weight and to get rid of obesity. we can have natural or herbal supplements but only after consulting our doctor or personal trainer.

Do you really think herbal supplements are helpful? one of my friend taking this kind of supplements from last 4 months by consulting doctor but still no change no weight loss.. the other thing is he is going with all food including junk food..
