I think that just making the decision to change your life style and start eating healthier and be more active it's in itself a success, because many people don't even make the effort to truly take a hard look at their eating habits and to be preoccupied with the way they look. So my advice would be to stay committed to living an overall healthy lifestyle, don't focus on losing weight, but rather think that exercising and eating better would make you feel really good about yourself and losing the extra pounds is just a bonus to that.

However, there are some supplements that have made a name for themselves in the weight loss supplement industry and one of those is a product called Phen375.

When I was younger, I was super skinny. But during college, I gained tons of weight because I stopped exercising. I felt disgusting because I didn't fit into any of my clothes anymore and always felt tired. I seriously just woke up one morning and decided I wanted to change all that. I wasn't happy with who I was but with dedication, I changed my life. I became a vegetarian, stopped eating junk food/sugary sweets, and jogged for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. I also started using the foot detoxification pads though I don't know if that helped me lose weight but it certainly gave me more energy to exercise more. My friends all noticed I'm much slimmer now. I feel GREAT. Good luck.

Hi everyone,

You can try these basic steps which are very helful:

A Good Work Out

Breakfast: The very famous proverb “eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a common man and dinner like a pauper” is proven to be true even in this case.

Build Muscles: Muscles burn more calories than fat deposited.

Vitamin B: B vitamins play a key role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Sleep: Some professors suggest that an improper sleep results in low calorie burnt while resting.

Go for Green Tea: Aiding weight loss is one of the many health benefits of green tea.

My achievements was mostly linked to dieters being a very simple to understand strategy, one that you can stay with permanently. I already experience like I am reducing bodyweight and have got used to the bathroom thing but I'll have to hold out and see a few more several weeks before any actual outcomes are obvious.
