Default i'm tired all the time.... - 05-25-2012, 11:43 AM

Hello,

I'm tired all the time, I can't concentrate as I used to, don't know if it's all related to stress.. I don't think that's really something wrong with me physically, or at least I hope not. I don't even have time to go to a medical checkup I'm thinking to try some Ginko Biloba pills, they might do some good, right??? Gingko Biloba Capsules from discountxrstore. Can you recommend me other sites or another product?

Default Supplements might not be the way to go - 10-25-2012, 03:42 PM

If you're tired all of the time it's probably not a substance that your body is missing that a supplement can fix, but it's probably a different part of your lifestyle that's causing the problem. How many hours of sleep do you get a night? Are you eating properly? Are you exercising? These three things are more likely causing you to be tired than a lack of something you can find in a supplement.

The solution to this problem is to start exercising. Although you may have to actually be required to exercise in the beginning, you will quickly realize that getting a moderate amount of exercise each day will make you feel less exhausted and more energy which in turn will make you feel less depressed. The exercise will also help you relax so you can get better sleep and allowing you to awake feeling fresh. Find ways to get some exercise during the day. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, park your car further away from the building, walk around the block during lunch. Soon will be amazed how even a little exercise can give you more energy and a look out new lease on life.

This is the sign of increased levels of toxins in your body. The best method to reboot your body is juice cleanse detox. It will give you the essential nutrition to your body and purify your internal system. You will feel more fresh and energetic after a juice cleanse. I think you should try this.

Hi there Arella, have you tried taking B Complex with Vitamin C? I'm taking up Hercules B-Complex with Vitamin C and it helps me fight stress and go on with my daily activities. Worth checking out.

If you feel tired all the time, don't blow it off. Give yourself about 2 to 3 weeks to make some lifestyle changes. Get more sleep, update your social calendar, eat more wholesome foods, drink more fluids, take a multivitamin

I agree with you Matthew, nothing beats living a healthy lifestyle. Live with a healthy diet, exercise frequently (even a gentle jog or walk will do), and most of all you have to stay positive and break free from negative thoughts and behaviours. Taking up multivitamins really helps for our overall optimal health.

Healthy diet, regular exercise - and drink plenty of water!
Focus on improving these three areas and you will see improvement. Medications are not the answer - strengthening your body so that it can heal itself and function well as it is designed to, thats the answer.
