It is very good topic to discuss about hair shiny. here i am sharing some of my thoughts about it.

1) Watch your diet. To get shiny hair, include lots of protein in your diet.
2) One of the best tricks for shiny hair is a natural boar bristle brush.
3) Try to give your hair a break once in awhile from heat appliances
4) For an instant glowing hair, beat 2 eggs in milk and massage the mixture into your hair. And after 5 minutes, rinse it.

Tips are ---

1. Egg
For an instant glowing hair, beat 2 eggs in milk and massage the mixture into your hair. And after 5 minutes, rinse it.

2. Lemon juice
To add more lustre to your hair than before, add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to the water for last rinse after you shampoo your hair. This is highly effective. Just give it a try.

Another remedy for dull and lifeless hair is cold water. Rinsing with cold water sparkles your hair with extra shine because it closes and smoothness the cuticles of your hair. And if you still want more shine, then you can use a finishing creme which you can use during blow-drying your hair and also after that.

Dry hair can be a result of vitamin A and E deficiencies as vitamin A helps generate natural oils in the hair and scalp, while vitamin E contributes to blood circulation, helping with hair growth and boosting moisture. Boost your vitamin A and E intake by snacking on raw nuts and seeds and green leafy vegetables.
