Default How Can I Keep My Skin Healthy During This Winter Season? - 01-13-2009, 01:57 PM

Not only is it this time of the year, but I am on the high-school swim team and swim in a chlorinated pool for an hour and a half, six days a week. My skin gets extremely dry, even though I moisturize my skin every day. Do you have any advice, maybe some time of lotion I could use to soothe my irritated skin? I really appreciate your help!

Just take regular baths. Use lotion. But I would suggest you always take a bath.

Hair conditioner. Just only a small amount would help. But the vitamins in hair condition, even though it's for hair, there's alot of vitamins and extracts in it, so it would help.

Usually facial skin become dry in the winter season. So you should drink plenty of water in day time to keep yourself as well your skin hydrated. Besides, use coconut oil to moisturize your skin. It is excellent to use on very dry skin, making your skin soft and smooth.
