hey,your knees are week and your legs are not prepared for pressure.Youll have to strengthen up your body and spirit by'loving'exercises every day (by this I mean:dont push yourself too far but set goals for your physical body development every day). I have done sports for all of my life so far.Its about everyday taming of your body by looking for different methods of approach.You get to feel your knees like if they were babies and try to think logically what they need in order to listen to you ;-)
