I have flat feet and only recently have I had pain because of it. I am not able to see my doctor for at least 2 months is there anything that I can do to minimize the pain in my feet? The pain is in the heel, inside of the foot, ankle, and the outside of the foot. My feet also turn inward when I am standing. Please help

I also have this same problem. One thing that helped me was to go to a local shoe store and tell them that you need inserts for a flat foot. They have the arch built into them which helps tremendously..
