Default What sport acquires the most physical fitness? - 04-03-2009, 03:19 AM

I like my sports.And they all have they're toughness and they're complete out ignorance [like track, MY OPINION!!]Name as many sports you know [realllllly know] and list them 1 through how many you decide.1 being the sport that doesnt acquire much phsyical fitness.

I would say either soccer (football) or pingpong. You'd be surprised how muscular and quick pingpongers need to be.

I believe swimming should also be classified especially the back swim xD

and also Parkour
for that u gotta be quick, very fit, strong, smart, creative and lots of courage

Every sport game is really good to maintain more nice fitness very fast. I really like to playing more football game because they really good to increase more energy and maintain good fitness very well.

Swimming, Hockey and Soccer and also Ice Skating! You need the strength of a footballer and the grace of a ballerina.

Hello Guys nice topic i think that mostly games are those which require the physical fitness.
like wrestling,foot racing,football etc.Thanks a lot!!

Sports like boxing, tennis, football require more physical fitness and stamina!!

Well for me they are swimming and cycling, i love both these sports.Basically there are few reasons behind it.
Swimming plays a very important role for the development of overall body it makes the muscles strengthen and increases the stamina.
Cycling is awesome for legs and thighs muscles that is why i prefer these two.
