Doing any exercise so using equipment is really not necessary because exercise is really easy doing to without any equipment. So first of all doing morning walk and running is really best exercise for all and then after doing more hard exercise is really best for you to maintain your fitness very well.

All age group people are doing exercise is really most important for all, because they really good to maintain more nice fitness very well. So doing more regular exercise like walking,running and yoga is really best exercise for all.

begin strolling and eating healthier if you eat 4-6 little foods a day you will speed up your metabolic rate divided your 3 foods into 6 little foods begin mowing the lawn. go climbing and down the road begin running and when your ready i have some very serious diet pills. but just begin strolling, mowing the lawn taking stairways instead lifts. add me and i have a ton of excellent workouts for men and women. best of fortune with your goals.

Well!!According to me that running is the best way before start the exercise work.
Running is best exercise for the fitness, running is also effective for the weight
loss. Because running of the 30 min can burn more than 300 calories.

There are lots of exercises which you can start from beginning. But as per my schedule, I start with Yoga in early morning then after I go for a walking or running. This is my schedule and I never forget any exercise to do daily.

Hey guys!!!Exercises are the best way for keep fitness of the body.Different
ways for reduce the body weight.Some people like the exercise work and some
people like the diet foods for the weight loss.But i like the these exercises for
the fat loss like,..
1 Swimming
2 Cycling
3 Running
4 Push up.

Yes, I agree. A slow start is ideal. Dancing is good, it moves the whole body and you can have fun at the same time. It's always good to have fun.
