Regular exercise is especially important for a person with diabetes. It helps with blood sugar control, weight loss, and high blood pressure. People with diabetes who exercise are less likely to experience a heart attack or stroke than diabetics who not exercise regularly. When exercising, the body needs extra energy or fuel (in the form of glucose) for the exercising muscles. For short bursts of exercise, such as a quick sprint to catch the bus, the muscles and the liver can release stores of glucose for fuel.

Exercise increases glucose uptake in diabetic muscle cells, potentially reducing the need for insulin. The exercise also reduces cholesterol and triglycerides, reduces vascular disease.

If you are diabetes patient. You have been actively engaged in both resistance and aerobic exercise programs. You can swim or walk vigorously 5 days a week for an hour each, and also lift weights each of those days for a half-hour.

Insulin is an important hormone, by your pancreas into fatty acids and glucose in our bodies to be used for energy. Because patients with diabetes lack this hormone in their blood glucose levels will tend to increase.

Antiperspirants that contain aluminum chloride are important in making your sweat glands subside. This is important in cleansing your feet from all impurities and bacteria that may have been accumulated the entire day.

I think it depends on your age or what you consider work out.

If you are younger then swimming for two hours or playing basketball usually makes my number drop 200 points. But if you are looking just to keep your number in a good range, I do a bike ride or jog a little bit. It helps keep my number from jumping up.
Exercising brings your blood sugar down, because it kicks your metabolism up. That in turn increase insulin level which brings sugar down.

Exercise is important for people with diabetes -- especially type 2 diabetes -- because it helps regulate blood sugar and provide cardiovascular fitness that protects against heart and artery disease. Some common aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, dancing or even tennis are exercises for diabetic people.
