Should you take Omega 3 even if your Cholesterol is normal?

Will it make your Cholesterol level high/low if it's already at normal range?

Are Omega 3 fish oil's safe?

Fish oils are a great thing to take especially if you are at a normal range. They can help keep your body at that normal range for much longer. Just take in moderation.

Omega-3 fatty acids are thought to help reduce the risk of heart disease (e.g., irregular heartbeat) and also to promote healthy skin. They are also used along with diet and exercise to help lower levels of a certain blood fat (triglyceride) and to raise levels of "good" cholesterol (HDL). This product may also be used to help treat high blood pressure or rheumatoid arthritis.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids come under the category of LDL or good Fatty Acids. They should not cause any harm, until unless you're taking blood thinning medicines such as warfarin.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids are also a key part to structures of cells, including and especially nerve cells and in the retina. As a side note, HDL and LDL aren't different types of cholesterol. They're cholesterol carriers. HDL and LDL actually stand for high/low density lipoprotein.
