It is most important to keep yourself healthy, and this will transfer to your hair. Second...use the right products...this doesn't mean you have to spend a lot....just make sure you are using the right product for your hair type.

Funny you mentioned getting enough sleep. When I don't get enough, I always notice my hair looks duller and limper. I've always wondered if this makes a difference!
