I'm sorry to hear about your friend. You just need to be there for her to listen, laugh, cry, take her to appointments, etc. The most important thing is to just spend time with her and do what feels right for you. You can offer to take her to appointments, ask her if she wants you to help her research options and things like that. It's really tough watching a loved one go through something like this but you will know what is right. You wont ever regret spending as much time as possible with her. Good Luck!
