Homemade mask: ½ cup of dry oats and 3 Tablespoons of honey.
Facial scrub : ¼ cup of cornmeal with 2 tablespoons of honey.

I am getting mad when people say that cucumber can clear up acne. If its inflamed and cystic the cheapest and most effective way to start with baking soda mix with lemon juice and sea mud mask. and definitely dairy-free and gluten-free diet (even if you think you are not allergic to these!)
However, I cannot state this enough - you cannot use tap water, which is filled with chlorine and fluoride. After 12 years of battle with acne I realised that some important things. I quickly put them on my SKINOHOLIST blog. best luck!!!
