After i eat sometimes(!) i get nausea and dizziness. It does not matter what i eat. but i know i have acid reflux and someone said that it may be the problem. i am going to see the doctor but i don't know how i can maintain til then without ending up in the e.r.

Try 2-5grams of fresh ginger root (buy from grocery store) once per day in the morning. This may help with your problem. 2-5g is a small piece, about an 1/8-1/3 of an inch if you don't have something to weigh it with. Do try it.

It could also be allergies.. If you have post nasal drip it can be confused with acid reflux as the symptoms are very similiar. Does your throat hurt of tickle even a little bit?Allergies or sinus congestion can make you dizzy.I was having dizziness, out of it feelings, stomach issues I even was taking protonix daily for like a year before they realized I had intense allergies and that is what was causing all my problems. Now I take claritin every day and I am totally ok.. Try taking a sudafed or claritin-D or Allegra-D and see if this doesnt get rid of the dizziness and nausea. Or talk to your doctor and ask him if he can check you out for that to!
