Yoga helps us relax our body, mind and soul providing us peace of mind. This is something that I have started recently and has proved beneficial to me. Yoga is not enhances the physical health but also the mental health by proving peace of mind. If wish to inspire learning, a healthy lifestyle, the experience of the Light within each of us and to be a step further in the pursuit of truth then yoga is the best teacher. Thus, I could guarantee that I always awoke on the right side of the bed.
