Some people might think that you totally get rid of bread, cereals and others because they have too many carbohydrates. Well, carbs are something that our bodies need daily. They give us the energy to burn during the day. Best sources of carbohydrates are cereals or whole wheat healthy products. Proceeds from ordinary wheat or white bread products have no nutritional value in them, so stick with whole wheat honest, if you eat bread, bagels, tortillas, etc. etc.
