They give us the energy to burn during the day. Best sources of carbohydrates are cereals or whole wheat healthy products. Proceeds from ordinary wheat or white bread products have no nutritional value in them, so stick with whole wheat honest, if you eat bread, bagels, tortillas, etc. etc.

Breastfeeding burns lots of calories and is the best thing you can do yourself and a child. body fat stores during pregnancy and breastfeeding in particular do not release it without producing Milk.

you have to follow these rules:-

1.Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water every day.
2.Keep healthy snacks handy
3.Eat lean meats
4.
Eat whole grains
5.
Don't be fooled by foods that are labeled as nonfat.

For gain weight fast, the best way to change your eating habits. Eat fruits and vegetables more and eat more protein. Nuts are a very convenient and a healthy snack. Eat very healthy breakfast regularly and do exercise. I think fast weight gain capsules are also useful.and try to void junk food.Junk food is not good for health Because It have too much oil, too much salt, too much sugar and too much fat. Nourish and nurture yourself with fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains and lean protein. Avoid white foods - white sugar, white bread, white noodles, anything made with white flour. Also avoid processed food and sodas. These healthier foods will help you maintain the energy levels you need, as well, to get you through the day (and the night.)

There are some gymnastics exercises which you can do with your child. Like lifting it with your arms up and down....
