Im 13 years old and I think I might be pregnant. Im terrified and ha vent yet gotten a chance to take a pregnancy test. So far all I know is I've been feeling kind of dizzy and my breasts are sore, its also been 9 days since I've missed my period. Help?

At 13 your cycle can still be not exact. It will be that way for years. Dizzy and sore breasts can be a sign you will be getting your period too. Take a pregnancy test. And if it is negative- please seek out help since you are having sex so early in life. It's just not worth it.

Dizziness and sore breasts can be a factor of pregnancy. You really should talk to an adult figure in your life as if you are pregnant it is a huge responsibility, and if you aren't you need guidance on birth control if you insist on having sex.

1) At 13 you DO NOT need to be having sex
2) Pregnancy symptoms are the same weather you are a teen or an adult (just thought I'd mention that because you said for teens above)
3) At 13 you may still have irregular periods
4) When did you have sex?
5) Did you tell an adult? i suggest you do. They can get a test for you.

Here some (not all but these are very common) pregnancy symptoms. You Amy or may not get all of these:
?Missed period
?Breast swelling, tenderness, and pain
?Nausea and vomiting
?Food cravings
?Fatigue and tiredness
?Abdominal boating
?Frequent urination
?Elevated basal body temperature
?Changes in nipple color
?Melasma (darkening of the skin)
?Mood swings and stress
?Headaches
