At 19, the risks are about the same as a woman in her 30's. The issue is really economical and emotional. Personally, do you think you can handle a pregnancy? Can you afford to give this baby all it needs? Can you handle birth defects, premature labor, etc? Are you willing to sacrifice anything and everything? Is the father around? Do you have anyone around that can help out? How will this interfere in your life? Do you feel like you would be a good mother? Would the father be a good father?
There's a ton of other questions I think. I think those might cover most of it though. You really shouldn't worry about much in regards to your age and physical effects if you're a healthy person with good prenatal care. Good luck with whatever decision you make.
