How do I check if I have a learning disability? -

I'm an adult (in my 30s) but I've had some trouble understanding things I've learnt at school since my teens. I managed to get through uni but learning new things has always been a struggle, especially where I have to analyse information or data. I have trouble remembering things as well. Does this sound like a learning disability to anyone? Does anyone know if there is a test I can take to check if I have a learning disability?

Yes there are tests to help in determining whether you have a learning disability or not. Though there are'tests'on the internet you are best served by a psychologist, educational diagnostician, or educational neuro-psychologist who does a comprehensive workup.Sources for these individuals may be found in the phone book (here in USA - the Yellow Pages), in classifieds, etc. You may also contact a college or university as they often have either individuals familiar with adults to do the evaluation or can recommend someone in the community.Best and Hope this Helps.
