As noted above, hysterectomy=removal of the uterus. If you had only one or both ovaries removed, that is called oophorectomy (bilateral if both are taken). If tubes were removed as well (one or both), it is then termed a salpingoophorectomy (bilateral if both tubes and both ovaries are removed). If you had a hysterectomy and oophorectomy as you indicated above, you do not have a uterus or ovaries.In any event, if you are referring to vaginal dryness, there are over the counter lubricants and alternative supplements (herbs, etc.) you can look into without having to resort to synthetic HRT.
