how's it going?i have been running&weightlifting regularly for about 9 months now with no problems. i started jumping rope as a substitute for running in the winter, and have been doing it for 3 days (6-8 intense intervals separated by short periods of rest.) the problem is; whenever i jump rope i get this headache that seems to go with the pulsing of my heart. the higher my heart rate, the more frequent the pounding. i've never suffered from headaches before, so what might be the cause of this?thank you in advance.

you should stop jump roping and you should do push up sit ups or any to try to get red of you head ache

I have the same problem! when i go for a jog my heart rate increases... causing the blood to pump more.. i end up with a CHRONIC head pain! like i cant stand up. it goes away in about 3 mins but im left with a painful headache... I'm going for a CT scan tomorrow.. may be due to blood pressure, blockage... or internal bleeding.. ill let you know the results. but i suggest you see a doctor...

How much water do you drink? You could be dehydrated.
