When winter approaches many products claim that they will prevent from having a cold or flu. But people use home remedies for coping with flu or cold rather than drugs. And many home remedies are good effective for recovering from flu. So I mentioned some tips here which are useful for protecting you from the flu.
Use spicy food including Garlic, Ginger, and Onion in the meal. These are very effective remedies to fight with the flu. If we see though the scientific approach then we can understand that this food stuff is having anti-oxidant and immune system compounds. This helps to kill germs.
If you have a powerful immunity then you can beat flu by taking only a rest. Now think, how you can increase your immunity?
The answer is vitamin C, because Vitamin C boosts your immunity. When you are infected with flu then the virus attacks on your healthy blood cells and make them weak. If you drink a fruit juice which contains full of vitamin C, so it gives energy to your cell for coping with germs.
Strawberries, Oranges and Clementines, Papayas, Fresh Herbs, Bell Peppers, Guavas, Red and Green Hot Chili Peppers these are some foodstuffs which contains full of vitamin C.
